北海道坂本製麺所の塩ラーメンに地元自然薯の磯辺焼きを入れました。
The beach grilling of the local yam was put in Chinese noodle in soy salt-flavored soup of the noodle made of Hokkaido Sakamoto Seimen Cop.


自然薯の磯辺焼きは二種類作ってみました。
Two kinds of beach grilling of the yam was made.
何種類かの山芋を使ってみましたが、やはり自然薯が一番です。
The yam is still best though several yams were used.
冬場のメニューになりそうです。
It seems to become the menu of winter.
